Richie's Heating and Air is a family owned and operated business that has been serving local customers for over 10 years. We are insured, licensed, (NJ State License #13VH04544900) and NJ Natural Gas registered contractors. We can take care of all of your forced hot air and air conditioning needs.

Heating
We install standard furnaces (80%) and high efficient (92%+) residential forced hot air furnaces. Standard furnaces of today are still more efficient than those of the past.

New high efficient furnaces have variable speed blower motors allowing for less run time. Upgrading your system to high efficiency equipment can help you save money on your utility bills.

Cooling/Air Conditioning

From 13 SEER standard equipment to high efficient 16+ SEER air handlers and condensers, we can accommodate all of your home's needs. New high efficient air conditioners are both energy efficient and the outside condenser is much quieter than older models.

Duct Design and Ventilation
Custom duct design to make every job look professional and clean. From adding vents to cold/hot rooms, to full initial installations, we make sure your system works properly and make sure it is done right the first time.

Thermostats

Various types of thermostats, with and without wi-fi capability, are now available. We install wireless thermostats that can be set up with wireless indoor, outdoor and remote temperature sensors to help control hot and cold spots. These thermostats allow you to connect to them and control your home's temperature through your smartphone, even when you are away.

Maintenance

We do not offer contracts like the big companies in our area because we do not want to take our customers' money when there is nothing wrong. What we do offer is quality, fast, reliable, family oriented service at honest rates. We send out reminder cards for spring and fall maintenance to all of our customers with no obligation to commit. The biannual maintenance is recommended for air conditioning in the spring and for heating in the fall to ensure proper operation for a comfortable climate year round and potentially reduce breakdowns.

We work hard to respond to each service call in the most time efficient manor. With years of experience working on many different types of units we are able to work on most brands.
